Mr Manoj and the staff members were all super nice, friendly, accommodating and welcoming… the place is perfectly located in a quiet street, very close to many cheap and nice restaurants and bars/coffee places and 5 min away from metro station.
The location is superb because you're close to markets, shops and sights: we walked to the Red Fort and the Main Market. And as the street is small, it's very quiet.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Mr. Manoj was very helpful with check in and suggestions of what to do when asked. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.
Very good facilities and good service at reception. I had a problem paying for breakfast, which was cash only, and they helped me by giving it to me for free. Very kind.
The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference. Breakfast was genuinely good — fresh and tasty.
Ease of access to the comfortable room, large common space, well equipped beds, nice breakfast terrace on top of the roof.
